Servotest Standard Warranty Terms

The Warranty period is 12 months from the date of Acceptance or 15 months from the date of despatch, whichever is the sooner.

The Company undertakes to replace or repair free of charge any components in the equipment supplied against the purchaser's order which, in the opinion of the

Company, become defective due to faulty material or bad workmanship within the Warranty period. Components expressly excluded from this Warranty are those not of the Company's manufacture, which are covered by their manufacturer's own published Warranty.

The Company's Warranty does not apply unless a maintenance agreement with Servotest is entered in to for the period of the warranty. Nor does it apply to the remedying of defects caused by ordinary wear and tear, accident, misuse or neglect, internal adjustments or modifications by other than employees of the Company or their accredited agents, nor does this Warranty imply any liability for loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from any defect in the equipment or from delay in remedying any defect.
