Multi-axis 'corner' rigs for testing of vehicle suspension systems & components
The vehicle-corner rig is a highly versatile tool for the development testing of suspension system designs in terms of both performance characterisation and durability assessment. The rigs can be used individually, in pairs for 'per-axle' and in fours for 'whole vehicle' suspension evaluaion.
These rigs are develped on a bespoke basis to meet the needs of individual clients, typically within the performance vehicle and motorsports sectors.
Servotest vehicle-corner rigs are able to take advantage of many of the powerful features of the Servotest Pulsar multi-channel digital servo-control system.
These include options for running either block-cycle loading or time-history road-load data by utilising the power of the EzFlow test sequencing software and ICS control/analysis capability.
